The opening show of All Points East 2025 has been unveiled, with Cleo Sol headlining alongside SAULT – marking their second ever live show.

Dubbed ‘Provenance’, the opening show of the London summer series will see ‘Life Will Be’ artist Sol take to the stage in London’s Victoria Park on Friday August 15. She will be joined by reggae artist Chronixx and anonymous collective SAULT for a world exclusive show. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Thursday (June 12) and you can find yours here.

Enigmatic collective SAULT had teased news of the landmark live show earlier this month, inviting fans to follow a link in their Instagram bio where they could sign up to ‘be the first in line’ for the August gig.

While they have never officially confirmed their band members; producer Inflo is generally regarded as the leader, with Sol, Kid Sister, Chronixx and more providing uncredited vocals.

The mysterious group made headlines after playing their first headline show at London’s Drumsheds in December 2023, playing the album ‘Acts Of Faith’ for the first and only time. Since then, they have surprise released new album ’10’, with the All Points East concert marking its first live outing.

They join previously announced All Points East 2025 headliners Chase & Status (Saturday August 16), Barry Can’t Swim (Friday August 22), RAYE (Saturday August 23) and The Maccabees on Sunday 24 August.

Organisers have been steadily sharing the full-line up’s for each headliner, with Tyla, Doechii and former Little Mix member JADE set to support RAYE; Bombay Bicycle Club, The Cribs, Dry Cleaning, Nilüfer Yanya, The Murder Capital, Divorce and Prima Queen supporting The Maccebees; and Nia Archives, Overmono and Sammy Virji supporting Chase & Status.

Since confirming their All Points East 2025 concert, The Maccabees have announced a brief run of UK and Ireland dates as well as some European gigs.

As preparations got underway for their big reunion, the band invited NME into their rehearsal space, where guitarist Felix White told us it felt as if “no time had passed” since they last played together in 2017.

“It’s so strange. In the chunk [of time] from the last show, you could conceive of The Maccabees as a different existence, but as soon as we started playing, it was as if we hadn’t stopped,” he said.

The band also responded to rumours that new music could be on the horizon, with White telling NME: “The plan is to do [All Points East] and see how much we love it.” Drummer Sam Doyle jokingly added: “We might hate each other by August.”

The multi-BRIT Award-winning singer-songwriter will top the bill at the London gig series on Saturday August 23. Tyla, Doechii and former Little Mix member JADE are set to support, as confirmed last November.

Today (June 6), organisers have completed what they’ve described as “the summer’s biggest female-led festival bill” by announcing another wave of artists for RAYE’s massive gig in Victoria Park.

These include Jyoty, Nao, Montell Fish, Cat Burns, Eliza Rose, London soul-pop singer Sienna Spiro, rising Malaysian-British alt-pop act and former NME Cover star Chloe Qisha, and NME 100 alumni Nia Smith.

Also on the line-up are Asha Banks (an actor and musician who began her career on the West End), Sudanese-Ethiopian-American artist Alemeda, Portuguese singer Pedro Santos, UK neo-soul star Harleighblu, as well as Mackenzy Mackay, Zinadelphia, Sofia And The Antoinettes, and Aqyila.

Upon announcing her APE 2025 concert, RAYE said: “London…we are headlining All Points East festival – Saturday 23 August 2025.

“We are going to be bringing you a beautiful show full of passion and incredible musicians to Victoria Park. I’m going to work hard to make it the most beautiful show we are capable of.”

Earlier this year, RAYE opened up about feeling pressure to make new hits while confirming that she was at work on the follow-up to her 2023 debut album, ‘My 21st Century Blues’. “The bar is definitely high,” she said.

Last October, she told fans there would be “no second album any time soon” after her writing books were stolen along with her car.

Her first LP was shortlisted for the Mercury Prize and won Album Of The Year at the BRIT Awards 2024. RAYE also earned two nominations at the 2025 Grammys and won Best UK & Ireland Act at the MTV EMAs.

More recently, ‘Escapism’ by RAYE featuring 070 Shake surpassed 1billion streams on Spotify.

Last summer, RAYE released an ambitious and “deeply personal” single called ‘Genesis’ – which she described as “a prayer, a plea and a cry for help”. She later teamed up with Central Cee on his track ‘Moi’, and featured on ‘Born Again’ by BLACKPINK’s Lisa.

The Maccabees have announced more support acts for their reunion show at All Points East 2025.

The band confirmed last October that they’d be returning to the stage for the first time in eight years, when they top the bill at Victoria Park in east London on August 24. It’ll coincide with the 10th anniversary of their fourth and final album, ‘Marks To Prove It’.

Shortly afterwards, the group added a wave of other names to the line-up: Bombay Bicycle Club, The Cribs, Dry Cleaning, Nilüfer Yanya, The Murder Capital, Divorce and Prima Queen.

Today (May 29), organisers have shared another batch of artists who’ll be performing throughout the day. These are CMAT, Black Country, New Road, Everything Everything, Sorry, Katy J Pearson, Youth Lagoon, TTSSFU, Max Baby and The Juice.

According to a press release, “many more” acts are still set to be announced for the show. Find any remaining tickets here, and see the official line-up poster below.

The addition of CMAT comes as the Irish singer-songwriter prepares to release her third album, ‘Euro-Country’, on August 29. Everything Everything, meanwhile, recently announced a 2025 UK and Ireland tour to mark the 10th anniversary of their third LP, ‘Get To Heaven’. Last month, Black Country, New Road released their third record ‘Forever Howlong’.

“I’d go and have a great time throughout the day, but there was always this pinch of regret watching headliners that we could’ve done it ourselves one day too. I thought that moment had passed, and it was something I was prepared to come to terms with that I was always going to miss.

“I think we’re all kind of shocked and excited that we get to do it together again.”

They’ll take to the stage at the Academy in Dublin on August 17 before heading to the legendary Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow (20) and the O2 Victoria Warehouse in Manchester (21).

Chase & Status have announced more names for their takeover of All Points East 2025, to take place at the East London festival in August.

The electronic duo were unveiled as the latest headliners last month with the news that they would be bringing RTRN II DANCE to Victoria Park on Saturday 16 August. Among the co-headliners previously announced were Nia Archives, Overmono and Sammy Virji.

Now, a new raft of names have been added to the bill, with Dimension, Jyoty B2B Ahadadream, Shy FX, Arthi, Bambii, Brockie & MC Det, Hamdi, IRAH, Mozey, Oppidan and SHERELLE B2B CLIPZ all hand-selected by the duo.

The announcement comes just days after the ‘Escapism’ singer earned nods at the 2025 Grammy Awards for Best New Artist, alongside Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, Shaboozey, Boone, Teddy Swims, Doechii and Khruangbin.

“I woke up feeling worried and overthinking my future then got nominated for two Grammys,” the singer wrote on social media, reacting to the news, while Olivia Rodrigo congratulated her in the comments.

Last year, RAYE spoke to NME about her output so far at the 2023 Mercury Prize, and said that the recognition for her work was something she wanted “for a really long time”.

“It really feels like people have taken the time to dig into this album and I know that this shortlist will bring even more ears to people who have never heard it or heard of me,” she said. “It’s growth, it’s stepping stones, but it’s also just ridiculously unexpected. You know, all of the positive words in the dictionary listed here.”

More recently, she told fans her long-awaited second album isn’t coming “any time soon” however, after her writing books were stolen along with her car.

The Scottish electronic producer was announced as the second headliner for the East London event on Thursday (November 7), and will top the bill at Victoria Park on Friday August 22.

Now, a full list of acts for that day’s festivities has been shared, with Brisbane electro pop act Confidence Man set to bring their disco and rave energy to the bill. Just last month, they released their third studio album ‘3AM (La La La)’, which NME gave four stars and said was “their most assured collection yet” which proved “they definitely have the tunes to match their outsized personas”.

Also joining the bill is the Mercury-nominated dance singer and producer Shygirl, who recently appeared on Charli XCX’s remix album ‘Brat And It’s Completely Different But Also Still Brat’ and is also set to join the singer on a tour of the UK later this month.

Felix White, who performs in 86TVs alongside brother Hugo, explained: “In the intervening years we’ve been to All Points East a lot, separately. It’s become a bit of a landmark festival for us, always checking who’s on the line-up.

“I’d go and have a great time throughout the day, but there was always this pinch of regret watching headliners that we could’ve done it ourselves one day too. I thought that moment had passed, and it was something I was prepared to come to terms with that I was always going to miss.”

He added: “I think we’re all kind of shocked and excited that we get to do it together again.”

Further announcements for next summer’s All Points East are expected in the coming weeks and months.

Meanwhile, Barry Can’t Swim recently played three headline shows at London’s O2 Academy Brixton in support of his Mercury Prize-nominated debut album, 2023’s ‘When Will We Land?’.

He’ll head to the legendary Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow this weekend for two sold-out gigs. In 2025, Barry Can’t Swim is scheduled to perform in Australia, New Zealand, North America and South America.
